Here are a few tips and exercises to lose your weight.
So let start with number 1-
- This is the first point never go in the kitchen you focus will be always on fridge so; better don’t go in the fridge.
- Do exercises and meditation in early morning. If you are shy to do exercises and meditation in front o everyone do it when everyone is sleeping.
- Keep an eye on snacks and other fats like ice-cream, soft drinks, sugary items etc.
- But do not do so many exercises and diet that you are malnutrition.
- Sleep for proper 8 hours this will burn at least 800 calories.
- Whenever you are sitting on a sofa or chair fiddle your hands if you do this you will burn 700 Calories a day.
- Also do exercises with all your with a company this will give more interest doing exercises.
- Eat more carbohydrates than proteins. Excess of proteins can also make you fatty.
- Eat salads, avocados, Bananas, yogurt (curd), berries green tea etc.
This can be your breakfast but remember do not ever take many fruits at 1time, there are many side effects of eating so, many fruits at a time.
